MARINA Stores is an online retail store selling equipment for boats and marine activities through the Internet, and belongs to the company under the name LALIZAS S.A., located in Piraeus (Dim. Gounari 3) with telephone number (+30) 210-4226274.

Below you will find the terms and conditions of use of the MARINA Stores website, a required condition for the registration and use of the MARINA Stores site is the acceptance of the following terms of use, which have been defined in accordance with the current Greek Legislation. In case of a violation of any of these terms, LALIZAS S.A. reserves the right to exclude or delete users.

By subscribing to the site and/or by making a purchase from the website www.marinastores.gr you consent to and accept the terms of use of the site.

A required condition for starting to use the website and for your purchases is the disclosure some of your personal data. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products sold will be shipped, your telephone number (or any other telephone number you wish to use for your convenience), your e-mail address, etc. The responsibility for the accuracy of personal data and information rests exclusively on the provider and must not be false, inaccurate or misleading.

LALIZAS S.A., strictly following the principles of personal data protection provided by the relevant laws and international agreements, will not make any improper use without your prior consent and will not in any way disclose, publish, sell or exchange the personal data and information you have entrusted to us.

You may also at any time, if there is a reason to do so, change the personal information you have disclosed to us or restrict or cancel the use of some of this information. In any request for permanent deletion from our database, the process of deletion may be carried out within a period of not less than 7 days or more than 14 days from the date of submission of the request.

Safety:
You will never be asked for your credit card details for your purchases from the MARINA Stores website. Upon finishing your purchases and choosing to pay, you will be directed to the ALPHA BANK website where you will proceed with the payment of your order in a completely secure environment. The LALIZAS S.A. can have no responsibility for the security of transactions made on other pages.

Product purchase:

LALIZAS SA will make every effort to provide high-quality services but nevertheless is not responsible for any errors in prices and product characteristics and cannot ensure that there will be no interruptions in the operation of the website or "human" errors when updating or indicating the price of a product.

For the safety and efficiency of purchases, we kindly ask you if you find that a product is offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, before proceeding with the order to inform us in writing, by sending an email (webphone@marinastores.gr) or by calling +30 210 4178089.

Delayed deliveries:

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier. In this case we will contact you to select another product from the available ones.

The product you ordered has been removed and is no longer available. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

If it is not possible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your registered details are not correctly updated.

Order cancellation:

LALIZAS has a procedure to cancel an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) and for your own security, you should only inform us in writing by sending an e-mail to webphone@marinastores.gr.

Payment Methods

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to purchase from our stores, MARINA Stores offer the following payment methods:

By credit/debit card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO or AMERICAN EXPRESS and/or prepaid card issued by any bank. Your payment will be made on the completely secured website of ALPHA BANK

By bank transfer to the bank accounts that will appear during the registration of your order.

Cash on delivery, valid in Greece. The payment is made to the courier company's representative upon delivery of the products of the order at your place. The amount of the cash on delivery with which you are charged is 2,50 euros.

*Invoice is issued to companies and professionals if they fill in the following information during their order: Company name, tax identification number, tax office, profession and note in the comments that they wish to receive a sales invoice.

Shipping method and time:

Products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation and subject to availability, but in any case we will inform you about availability issues.

Prices of products:

VAT has already been calculated in the prices listed next to each product.

Customers entitled to reduced VAT or exempt from it (e.g. fishermen) will be served only upon request by sending an e-mail or by calling +30 210 4178089. Once you contact us, you will be informed about the exact cost, the payment method and the shipping method of your order.

ATTENTION: If you make a direct purchase from the MARINA Stores site, without having previously informed that you are entitled to reduced VAT or exemption, you lose this right and LALIZAS S.A. bears no responsibility in this case.

Product Returns 

The Customer can return the products he has purchased from the online store because he has simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Before returning the products, the Customer must contact the Customer Service Department, either by phone (tel: 210-4178089), or by sending an e-mail (webphone@marinastores.gr). In particular, the Customer has the above right to return a product purchased from the online store without stating the reasons, subject to the following terms and conditions:

•             Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery or receipt of the product

•             In order to accept the return of the product, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the purchase document.

•             The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount charged by LALIZAS SA for the shipment of the product to him and the shipping costs for its return.

•             After the return of the product, LALIZAS SA is obliged to refund the Customer the amount received. If the Customer is charged by credit card, LALIZAS SA - if it has received the fee from the Bank- will be obliged to inform the Bank for the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take all the necessary actions. Following this notification, LALIZAS SA shall bear no responsibility for the time and the method of execution of the counter-billing, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer. In case the Customer had chosen the option "pick up from the store", the refund will be made from any MARINA Stores.

•             The refund of the price due to withdrawal to the Customer will be made no later than within fourteen (14) working days from the time that LALIZAS SA has received proven knowledge of the withdrawal.

•             Delivery costs are not refundable

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal according to article 4 § 10 of Act No. 2251/1994 does not apply:

·         In cases when the price of the products has been paid in a physical MARINA Stores and the products have been received from the physical MARINA Stores, as the sale is not considered to have been made at a distance.

·         When the returned products have been used and are not in excellent condition.

·         When their packaging is not undamaged and complete.

Limitation of liability:

LALIZAS S.A. reserves the right to the time of delivery of the goods in cases of force majeure. MARINA Stores site cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of products, but guarantees the prompt notification of end consumers of their unavailability.

MARINA Stores site provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, etc.), products and services available through the site "as is".

Under no circumstances shall LALIZAS SA be liable for any legal or civil and/or penal claims or for any damage (positive, specific or consequential which, indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively, consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits, monetary compensation, etc. ) from visitors to the website or third parties for reasons related to the operation or not and/or use of the website and/or the failure to provide services and/or information available from the website and/or from any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through the website.

LALIZAS SA bears no liability for problems that may arise from incorrect use or installation of the products by customers.

Informational and promotional messages:

LALIZAS S.A. provides the users of the site the opportunity to choose to be informed about new products available in the market and other offers, payment arrangements, etc. by sending promotional - informative messages to their e-mail or mailing address or by phone. The company will not abusively use the above service. Users are always given the option to stop receiving informative or promotional messages.

Cookies: Like most sites on the internet, MARINA Stores uses cookies so that we have access to certain information each time you browse with a web browser in our store. Without the use of cookies, it would be impossible to offer you important services such as: order status, personal settings (e.g. 1-click order settings), saving items in your cart or reminder list between two visits, etc. Cookies are alphanumeric files that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your internet connection so that we can offer you services such as those mentioned above. Modification of the terms herein:

LALIZAS S.A. reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions and undertakes the obligation to update this document for any change or addition to the terms.

Applicable Law:

All the exchanges that a user commits through the website MARINA Stores are governed by the national laws of Greece that relate to the online trade and the laws regarding the consumer protection (Ν. 2251/1994) and regulate matters for trade from distance.
